So I've done creatine before, and never had any troubles.
Well I came home, and got some creatine. Vitamin World's brand. Everytime I take it, from 4-12 hours later I'm getting stomach cramps and the shits.
So, Should I dump this shit out and write it off?
Give up on creatine, even though it's worked before?
go to vitamin world and ask them what the shit is this shit?! Give me some ON or something else that doesn't kill my insides.
I mean seriously, I've never had a problem before. It's got to be their product right? Has anyone else had stomach problems before? It seem it's not that uncommon of a side effect, but mine is severe and it's not how I've reacted before.
