An interesting case is going on right now between some people I know. One guy's uninsured car sat in his driveway and was damaged by flying debris from his neighbour's yard during a wind storm. The car owner's home insurance wouldn't cover it, and the debris owner's home insurance wouldn't cover it either.

It's likely going to small claims court ($3k damage to the car).

This is interesting since I will be storing the M for winter as well. I've already inquired about just fire and theft and my insurance is fine with that.

IIRC any car appraised at below 14k will be 150 a year with zerhs.
