Not seeing any significant savings on laptops.
Looking to get something $1,000 and under for my parents.
Leaning towards something with 256 gb SSD + 1Tb HD.
How reliable are hybrids? I've seen 1tb + 8gb hybrid somewhere.

I found that strange too.
Every spin HD they offer are 5600 rpm
Because Laptop? I don't know.

What about msata? Most drives are 7200 rpm in higher end laptops
In my Lenovo I run a 256gb msata ssd and use the stock 750gb drive Forbes storage
