39 BMW caught fire this year (~ Aug 2018) alone in South Korea, they banned BMW.

usually it is dummy customers who simply don't bother bringing their vehicle in, sad but true. boggles the mind how they won't do it for a serious issue.

I got the letter right around the time that car caught on fire. Dealer couldn't take me in until after Labour Day.
If I wanted a loaner car, it would have been some time in October
