I need to know how to bypass the neutral safety switch so I can remote start the car without being in it to to use the clutch.
The feature you're talking about is usually not called the "neutral safety switch". Most manufacturers call this the "clutch interlock" safety system. It requires you to have your foot on the clutch pedal to prevent the car from lurching if left in gear when the starter is engaged.
This feature is typically found only on US models as required by law. Other countries seem to be doing just fine without the clutch interlock system.
I don't recommend bypassing this safety feature so follow at your own risk.
The best way is to get an FSM. Pull up and see how the starter wiring works. You will see that there is a clutch switch that diverts power away from the starter solenoid if the clutch is not pressed. You need to bypass the clutch switch and provide power to the starter solenoid regardless of the clutch position.
