Operation Boo Yaa = done

Well after 4 months of planning

riot has officially shit on the plan

the original plan was
fake post saying car was robbed
fake found post
THAN final pix with the full ctr kit found

the REST of the gok posts were all ties in

and was supposed to be the SUPER BEST APRIL FOOLS JOKE EVAR
had MANY people tied into this

thanks to all that tried to keep the joke going
it was SUPPOSED to be a big HAHAHAH for april first
but thanks to riot

the post and idea after 4 months of planning and getting people involved are total shit

my car will be out of the body shop next week

Damn I was like fuck this, just about went and deleted every picture I had on the net and was going to give up on CSI. I dont know any of you but I really hope that shit with gok and mook and well the wife was all a haha as well.

Honestly, you had me going until you posted carlisle stuff in the OH forum, plus the whole Gok thing was a little out there. But i still didn't want to be the first to call bs, cause if i were wrong i would look like a total asshole.

Gotta hand it to you though Mike...you really had a large majority of people believing you so much that in my post they flat out called me a liar. I bet they feel a lil stupid now...

Just a word to the wise...if you plan on attempting a stunt again...try to play along better. It just seemed way to out of place that you would be all EXCITED about a JDM CD player knob or JDM seat belt bracket or some shit...but when your car was "stolen"...you were just like "hey guys...my car is stolen". That stuck out and was not very "Type X"-ly...

Also...don't tell everyone and their damn grandmother that you were doing this.. :P

And finally...the story of the boy who cried wolf comes to mind...becareful what you ask for..

yeah mike, you had a good plan, but it had several flaws. first of all, playing on people's emotions like that just wasn't cool in my book. if your car IS ever to get stolen now, people won't care. you could've just as easily been like "i ran outta money and had to sell the kit." then just post it up when it was done. same effect. too many people gave you honest feelings of sympathy when they thought it was stolen and you didn't even care. you going to get that again if you ever need it??

and riot is right. your post in the carlisle thread gave it away, and you told too many people it was a joke. you didn't need all those people "backing up your story." that's what gave it away. besides, it seems that half of csi knew it was a prank anyways. so, on that note, what really was the point??
