Looking for some ideas on every ones go to low cal meal or snack. The less cooking, the better. My two biggest things are beef jerky, and my flat out wraps. If you have not tried Flat-outs, then you are missing out. They taste better than anything else imho, and are only 90-100 cal. 2 ounces of turkey, 2 ounces of deli chicken, some banana peppers and some low fat pepper jack cheese = lunch for 290cal. Also good recipe on their website for some low cal flat bread pizzas which are not too bad. Just don't buy low cal pizza sauce. It's a difference of about 30 calories and the taste is horrid. I would eat beef jerky every day if I could afford too. Only like a few brands and they charge $7/3oz bag. |

1 scoop chocolate protein powder 1/2 cup chocolate almond milk 1/2 cup water 1 pear (minus core, of course) Put in blender, pour, drink. For some reason, it doesn't taste "pear-y"--it's a nice chocolate shake that is very filling and maybe 250-300 calories total. Also, ground turkey tacos on 50 calorie high fiber tortillas (can't remember the brand at the moment--don't feel like going upstairs to look in the fridge) are pretty awesome. |

I am realizing that the faux turkey meat is pretty fucking awesome. It looks like garbage but taste great and is typically half the calories. |

I'd rather grill up some chicken and eat something delicious and full of protein for 90 cals less, and then eat the other 90 cals in the form of blackberries. |

Yeah I would rather have some grilled chicken as well. But it takes me about 40 seconds to put together a wrap with deli meat. I hate cooking anything. |

Cook a lot at once, and then you don't have to worry about it! |

Chocolate whey protein powder 1 scoop of 100% natural peanut butter Handful of baby spinach (the protein powder masks the taste) Blend and serve. |

Eat your wraps, but don't use the wraps themselves. Use a nice big piece of lettuce to wrap it up in. |

Yeah I think you guys are right about me eating snacks with too much salt. Popcorn is typically on my list as well and I cover that shit in salt. I'm starting to think a lot of my trouble with dropping weight is my water retention remaining so high. |

Water weight has no effect on your ability to burn fat. |

Lately, i've been burning through sunflower seeds at work. A bag can last all day and the salt/texture/crunch is satisfying. Salt shaker and a few apples do the trick as well. |
