Didn't KFC tried to offer grill chicken when the healthy eating trend started And it flopped?
Likely the same will happen with this.

Likely the same will happen with this.
won't matter, this is pretty much the new chain restaurant business model. Have your base menu, and rotate through a bunch of "experimental" dishes, if really popular, then potentially add into main menu or just bring it back more often.
