drpoopmanchu drpoopmanchu Jr Poster Registered: 05/08/04 Posts: 94 Loc: ohio	I reversed into a 40' semi trailor today at work.......... Probably the most ignorant thing Ive ever done..... If anyone has any idea what this may cost me please chime in just take it easy on me beacause Im going to be raw after this one...... The bumper is OK and the C.F. Trunk lid is ok.... I just have no idea what it costs to repair that panel. I do know it has to be cut from the section between the glass and welded in. All the time and money Ive invested in this car and I do something like this...... I have no idea what it will cost, do you have full coverage or just liability? If thats the case and it won't make your premiums rise, just pay your deductible, as it will be far more out of pocket. drpoopmanchu drpoopmanchu Jr Poster Registered: 05/08/04 Posts: 94 Loc: ohio	I stopped @ a bodyshop about 20 mins after it happened and they couldnt get back w/ me on an estimate until tomarrow morning. I was curious if anyone maybe had a ballpark idea. Oh well..... I have full coverage but the deductilble is 1000. I didnt think I would be in this situation. It just goes to show you, you never know what could come tomarrow. I just look at it this way....... The car isnt totalled, Im still alive, and so are the people close to me. Thats all that counts.
