First time ever at a drag strip. I've only really done auto-x and road races before. It's pretty well setup, but I have no idea how it'll do tonight. I'm hoping for low 14s, and would LOVE if i could break into the 13s.

Any tips for a n00b?

staging lights will OWN you first couple times around..that is if your used to street racing and not using a "tree"..the launch is the most essential part of drag racing..even if you have the fastest car..the car will ALWAYS suffer from a bad launch...speaking from experience...best wishes..let us know the turn out

sorry boys, i forgot about this thread...

14.9 @ 97, no traction at all, launching at like 2300

I'll be back again, track conditions were horrible and it was my first time.
