I don't mind standing there getting changed. In Orlando we have the "gay" LA Fitness. After being ogled and hit on incessantly there, regular gym lockerroms are cake.

Being naked in the locker room isn't a big deal. Just don't loiter and perform every task naked.
I mean, I shower, put my towel around my waist, walk to my locker - put on underwear then continue getting ready. Other people are shaving, brushing teeth, blow drying balls, and just hanging out.
Like everything else, there are others around you, in close proximity. I don't want to have to be Neo to avoid brushing against your naked ass at all times.

The comic is funny, but I have no issues with people wandering around nude in the change room. I see no need to cover myself up when I am trying to get my bits dry - that's just awkward. I think a lot of people these days are far too worried about a little nudity.
(the only time that it does bother me is when someone sits on the bench nude - mainly because people's shoes have been on there...and then nudie bits, and germs and...ew)
