1. Rider blasted through the front glass window, (which probably killed him instantly).
2. Rider was probably or could have been airborne after that point (as well as the bike).
3. Bike hit something solid in the kitchen, stopped and burst into flames.
4. Rider, still airborne or having been launched when the bike stopped and moving at terminal velocity continues into and through the wall.

He must have had the throttle pinned to generate enough force to go through a window, not only breaking the glass but tearing out the frame and trashing seats/tables inside AND still have enough velocity after the bike stopped to be literally thrown through a wall, over the parking lot only to land on the curb.

I'm thinking he may have either hit a curb, or hit the grass and gone airborne on the bike before going through the first window, because if he was on the ground the bike would have probly been crushed and stayed on the outside of the building. After going through the window the rear wheel of the bike was most likely higher than the front wheel, launches him off and through the last wall and bike lands upsidedownish in the kitchen.
