mapped my run on mapmyrun.com this morning and it was 4.5miles
going to run it again today and hopefully next week, i can jump up to 5miles.
within two weeks, i want to be able to run home from teh metro[new route. straight that resembles this in forms of terrain - \_/ - (straight, downhill, lil straight again, uphill, and then it levels itself off)]

i guess that thing only works with the 3G huh...? that's pretty trick...
nah. i wrote down what time i started running efore i left the house and as soon as i finished i wrote the time down again. then i went to the mapmyrun website and mapped my run completely and it calculated everything for me(elevation using their satellite as well)

Wuddup guys.
Just an update on my cardio. Not sure if you remeber, but a few months ago I was posting about constant shin splints and was running 3-4 miles 5x a week. Well, here we are now, 5 months later, pain free and running 6 miles daily, just about 10k. Addicted to running now

Definitely going to hit the water and protein hard tonight. And maybe the ibuprofen.
coke and chicken wings baby that sounds like it was a sick game
Heh... Since I posted that, I've had a dextrose+protein shake, a pint of ice cream and 8 taco bell supreme tacos. Feeling a bit better now.
It was definitely fun. Some of those Koreans were whiners, though. Look, dude... just because I'm bigger and stronger than you doesn't make it a foul if you fall down when you run into me. That was annoying.
