Yup, it's chocolate sponge cake with raspberry butter cream + white chocolate roses on top.
I agree about the ring; no choice tho, cake won't sit on the red properly w/o the risk of it falling over.

A untouched shot from my SD780 last year on a fishing trip waaaaay up north. Can't wait to get the 10-22mm up there this year!

Uh, yeah, that it was. I believe it was 6 degrees that morning when we had to change the tire on the Suburban after the blowout it suffered, too. There are certain things in that operation that can't be done with gloves, and man that's a biting cold. Luckily, I don't live there.

When were you in town?
5th through the 8th. Unfortunately it was one of those business trips where I had no free time at all. 12 hour + workdays meant straight to hotel after, wake up and go to work. Otherwise, I would've been in touch.

To get this thread back on track, here's what I did Saturday night. i'll be the first to admit I suck at PP, but i'm starting to get better. This isn't my best job by far at PP, did all of this hastily on Sunday morning.
