No, I watch the weather for snow here(it hasn't snowed in over 2 weeks), and i actually think of you when I see it's going to snow yet again in the Yampa valley and Steamboat and not here. I'm sure it's fine...I'd probably enjoy it. It's beautiful and not at all like Wisconsin's winter where it's cold, damp and mostly overcast. That said, uninterrupted months of below freezing temps and 200+ inches of snow is a lot and I'm looking forward to spring. The difference between 25 up here and 45 in Denver/Boulder is huge, but I have to remember the tradeoff in August when it's 75-80 up here and 90-95 in Denver
That's right. My wife and I are frequently in Estes Park in the summer...it's always a good 15-20 degrees cooler there. /threadjack

Nate, the car is cool and whatever, but do you have any photos without the car?? Preferably without the road in it, but I guess that'd be OK too. Seriously. Those trees and that landscape is gorgeous. I love trees 
Eric, I didn't really have any "extra" time on that day to shoot just the landscape. I do have a couple background plates for the virtual rig shots that don't have the car in them though.

Not generally... The static shots from this set are 32-bit HDR files from a 5D Mark III.

Thanks dude, 32-bit HDR is a pretty sweet method actually... I made a writeup about it in the HDR thread in here a while ago, definitely worth checking out.

Hmmmm yea as far as I know, CS6 was the first iteration to have the power to really do 32-bit properly. BUT, there are other pieces of software that you can use, especially if you are on PC.

this one was a tough one because i timed it all wrong and by the time i got there the sun had already set behind the arch making for some very bad light. this is def a sunrise arch. oh well, i'll get it better next time.
