In addition there are 3-4 driving modes on the NSX. Let's just say they all have an affect on the car...including the exh note ;\)

​Honda announced today its plans of creating a cabin-less structure in a collaborative effort between its automotive and motorcycle divisions. Dubbed the Honda Project 2&4, the vehicle is set to premier at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.

Honda has stated that the Honda Project 2&4 results from the "company's continuous effort to create a more exciting user experience." The project, which is good for use on public roads, should combine the best aspects of both car and motorcycle in freedom and maneuverability.

Power will be supplied by Honda's MotoGP road-racing motorcycle RC213V​ engine, a 1000cc V4 that produces over 230 bhp, though there is no word yet on how much power the Honda Project 2&4 will make. The sentiment behind road-going track-day cars is something carmakers such as Caterham and Ariel Atom are well-known for. Honda would be a very welcome addition to this market.

Yeah, LA and Detroit will be the 'release' of it, on sale prob not till later this year for the sedan only.

Coupe is prob early '16....then Si sometime in 2016, then CTR...no time for that.

yeah tonight was the launch in LA for it. they're going Audi A3 level car so it should be a huge step up vs. the current civic. not sure who went crack head crazy with the rear tail light size/design lol ummmm =S. i like the front headlights but as usual the bloody chrome grill is too thick ugh, thin it out. it's different to say the least...but i was shocked when i saw it awhile back re. the 'fastback' styling lol. interior materials was better and it does drive rather nicely (baby accord much). side profile it looks like a mini tesla. you shoudl get a lot for the money though if the price point stays where it ought to.

It looks like a huge improvement over the last few. Interior looks really nice. Exterior is pretty good too, but yeah, those tails are a bit much.

I bought a '16 RDX to go with the TLX to hold me over if/when the CTR ever comes out lol.

end product will differ quite a bit though but nice to see it's on roids.

buuuuuuut i believe this may be the Si test mule not CTR sedan (CTR should only be hatch??). if it's Si...pretty cool it 'could' get all the ctr goodies for way less price. Si will have a 1.5T engine...no idea what'll be done to it though.

2016 Civic's with the 1.5T motor - they actually have a "TURBO" decal on the lower rear dogleg area of the car (similar to back in the say SIR, but lower and smaller). Given the font it looks straight out of 1989.

The car drives quite nice though. Torque is FINALLY there for a nice dd. The cluster is full digital (think Lexus LFA) and has a pretty cool startup "graphics" mode...interior is a nice step up but some of the shapes of interior design looks uummm, interesting. Car in person/on road looks better than in pics, can't believe how muscular they made it look (ie. big), kind of surprised they went that far with it. It'd be nice to change/tone down a couple of aspects but whatever.

tech but moreso design and safety come a long way since then.
materials and stamping also changed quite a bit too.
