Fucking Honda!
The new Si won't be available until next year. Got a co-worker whose Civic Si lease is up. But since there's no replacement Si, what's he going to do? He's on a lease extension while he's trying to figure out what to get. But how long can that go on?
Why is Honda waiting so long to bring their new Si to market? With the 2 year gap, they'll lose a lot of existing Si customers.
ermehgeeeerrrrd. it happens, production delays are common especially for full model launches. but guess what it's usually not the factories 'fault', it's suppliers. if they can't get all the shit needed to build the car it won't happen. if the lines ever gets held up it's huuuuge money. ironically the 'new way' of building they are actually building / releasing cars faster than ever before (which leads to more issues i have to fucking clean up lol). in addition, since it's a low sales volume unit it's not as big a deal if it's delayed vs. high output/selling models. Si will be spring with the CTR as i understand it.

LOL hey that's actually true and actually applies given the timeline to make such a car...they changed design a few times along the way. you're always 'behind' by the time release time comes along to a point.

speaking about the new nsx, local dealer finally got a red one in. holy hell that car is hawt as fuck. pics don't do it justice, when you see it in real life, you see the intercoolers behind the side vents, the exposed engine, the massive flipping brakes and the sharp lines plus dat CF roof. sick, sick car.

When we got Acura North America as one of our main sponsors for the show they trailered in a blue NSX from Ohio IIRC. Car was sick, we kinda felt bad after because our other big sponsor brought a LaFerrari and nobody even cared about the NSX at that point lol
From a supercar POV, I'd love an NSX tho.
