my setup is...
USDM B16 @ ~10.8:1 CR with;
Skunk2 Stage1 Cams & Cam Gears Alaniz Street Master Head Work Omnipower valvesprings, retainers, & valves Mugen headgasket Apex N1 exhaust ITR throttle body Skunk2 Intake Manifold Hondata IM gasket Hondata s200
Plus... Green line- DC 4-2-1 header, no cat, J's intake Red line- RMF header, high flow cat, J's intake Blue line- RMF header, high flow cat, aem itr cold air intake
for you i'd first recomend getting a better header right now as opposed to cams. u need something with a larger 2 1/2 inch collector. For the price, the jdm integra type r header is hard to beat. pair that with a 200 or 300 cell high flow cat from sms-products.com. (u will not be able to use your existing cat(catalic converter) because it will not fit the larger collector on the header).
I'm not saying this will get you 185, cuz it wont. but you will pick up some good power doing this. the stock sized collector of the dc header really chokes power and so does a stock cat (assuming u have one since u did not mention having a high flow cat or test pipe).
dont be so fixated on a number that you want to hit. all dynos read different.

first off all thanks for all the info... that day on the dyno someone told me tha that tha problem im having right now its the exaust im running with 2 1/4 dianeter i should change it to a 2 1/5 he didnt mention the header so you sugest a tipe r header if thats the best way a b16 run well im going to try it.... like i said before thanks for all the info ill be posting the results soon dyno & track.
