Previous owners were an older couple that enjoyed sitting in this gazebo with their plants and relax/read. I don't have any use for it. It completely blocks the view of the backyard and it occupies the space where I want to put my patio set.
Its no cheap structure thats for sure. Its very well built, the windows all open, it has electricity, blinds on all the windows etc
Everyone tells me to keep it, but I have no use for it. My dad (old school) says to post it on Kijiji for $500 and see what happens. For someone who is looking for one its a great buy. However I don't know how the heck you would transport it without taking it all completely apart.
I even thought of moving it to a corner of the backyard where the kids can use it as a clubhouse, but even then the walls/panels have to be taken down to be able to lift it as I presume the frame is secured down within the walls.
At this point is it just scrap? Will someone be willing to take it apart themselves for the parts? Am I going to have to take a sledge hammer to it? Ideas?

Put it up for $200 if it's actually possible to disassemble. Hard to tell from those pics and without seeing the inside, that's worthless imo, but you never know.
I'd consider keeping it, remove the windows and make it a playhouse for the kids.

Kijiji for sure. Someone from Hamilton will come up with his pickup full of "buddies" to haul it away.
As they mock OP for his life choices in where he lives as they make the 4 hour commute back to the outskirts of Hamilton while pissing out the lakeport on their way home into 4L water jugs. Commuter life hacks brought to you by some buddies.

Even if someone has a 10x10 flatbed, you can't just get a bunch of guys to pick it up.
That's the problem with these shed things, they are usually garbage. Try $200, if not just offer it for free just so someone else does labour to remove it.

Put an ad in the Hamilton spectator.
The ad is surely going to make its rounds through factory cafeteria.

I listed it for $300. An hour later a guy contacts me and is interested. I told him that whoever will be assembling it will need to disassemble it so that they are familiar with the process. This thing was professionally installed by the selling/manufacturing company and I don't have any instructions. I told him he's more than welcome to come and have a look.
A few hours later 2 older brown men show up with a F150. They examined it and assessed the effort to disassemble it. We decide on $250. He gave me $50 to reserve it and they said they'll come today to pick it up.
To my surprise another guy contacted me yesterday as well.

I don't really have any proof that the disassembly is on the part of the purchaser

They came and picked up the rest of the parts, but the guy that fell was replaced with someone else. I of course expressed my concern again. They said that the injured guy went to the hospital to get checked out ( ) but apparently everything is ok. I'm guessing if I make it to September without getting a letter/call from their lawyer, I should be ok.
Funny, I had one guy contact me who was interested but said he can't make it to Toronto as he lives in Montreal. At that point I figured this is the typical scam of not being in town or he's going to ask me to ship the damn thing. It turns out he just wanted to know where I bought it from so he can order the same one
