it's a lot of weight but doesnt change that it's horrific form. it looks like the bad crossfit examples with 2-3x the weight. if you cant get the weight up on your shoulders just drop it don't risk injury. get stronger/improve form. also poor hip drive. he really doesn't do much other than yank the weight up a few inches. and then drop down into a shitty wide squat. could be he just cant handle this weight, maybe his form is great @ 225.

Form almost always breaks down with super heavy weights at a 1RM. As long as you aren't training continually with bad form, one imperfect rep isn't necessarily the end of the world.

you're going to get a shitload of crossfitters hating on that, if he caught it and didn't hurt himself who fucking cares. any normal person and they would've broken their wrists, especially if it was a full clean and his elbows hit his knees on the way down. RIP!
My weightlifting buddy broke both of his wrists like that.
